In 2006, Spartan LLC was formed and has diversified its holding to include real estate development and acquisitions. The president and principal owner is Kenneth N. Alcini.

     Mr. Alcini has been in the oil and gas business for over 30 years, which has afforded him “hands on” experience in all major oil and gas areas (operations, drilling, completion, geology, seismic, go-chem, electric log interpretations, permits, titles, land work and financing).

     After graduation from Michigan State University, he attended the University of Detroit Law School then returned to East Lansing, Michigan.
